You are a creative and detail-oriented functional lead marketing genius who loves working with stakeholders to solve their problems. As a Pardot Consultant, you will be responsible for leading Pardot implementations from design through go-live, as well as configuring Pardot to a client’s needs. In Cloudsquare, you will serve as the Pardot Subject Matter expert. We need an experienced individual lead that can take a project through the complete project lifecycle and accomplish successful go-lives and further by becoming their long-term Salesforce partner in managed services.
The mission for this role is to serve as the dedicated Pardot Consultant, take Pardot projects through the complete lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live and establish rapport with clients to become their long-term Salesforce Partner.
•Create relationships and build rapport with the clients of the assigned projects to achieve an 80% project to managed services conversion rate.
•Maintain alignment with clients on scope and timeline throughout the project, resulting in zero non-billable work.
•Work with the pre-sales teams and with the clients to gather business, and technical requirements through interviews and discovery meetings.
•Assist the sales team in preparing project plan requirements to be used in statement of works.
•Lead Pardot implementations, from discovery through go-live.
•Conduct requirements gathering and solution design
•Configure all features of Pardot to a customer’s needs as outlined in a project’s scope, including but not limited to Journey Builder, email templates, scoring, Salesforce syncing, etc.
•Work with clients to further maximize their usage of Pardot through managed services engagements
•Act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise clients in line with Pardot best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for their Pardot usage roadmap.
•Design, build and implement marketing workflow through Pardot platform
•Help customers achieve their technical goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit customers’ ongoing usage of Pardot.
•With the support of a Project Manager, communicate project outcomes to client-side project stakeholders.
•Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Pardot.
•Design, implement, and monitor for automated campaigns across email and web, and advise clients on how to optimize further.
•Serve as the company’s Pardot Subject Matter Expert
•Successfully completed at least five Pardot implementations
•At least 2 years of Pardot experience
•Understanding of Salesforce Core CRM and the Salesforce Pardot Connector
•Certified Pardot Specialist
•Certified Pardot Consultant
•2 years of consulting experience
•Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics.
•Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports, B2B Marketing Analytics (desirable), and can make recommendations to the business.
•Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.
•Sales Cloud knowledge and ability to set up features such as Engagement History, Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and the drag-and-drop email builder.
