Artificial Intelligence (AI) popularity has skyrocketed since Apple’s Siri, Amazon’s Alexa, and Google Home have become a normal part of everyday life. Salesforce is now jumping on the AI bandwagon with their new release, Einstein Voice. Now you can talk to Einstein and make real-time updates from anywhere, making your company more productive in more ways than one.
At Salesforce’s 2018 Dreamforce Conference in San Francisco, Einstein Voice was revealed as Salesforce’s very own AI system for conversational customer relationship management (CRM). This feature has been a work in progress for Salesforce for the past two years.
According to Salesforce.com, “Salesforce Einstein is removing the complexity of AI, enabling any company to deliver smarter, personalized and more predictive customer experiences. Salesforce Einstein is a set of best-in-class platform services that bring advanced AI capabilities into the core of the Customer Success Platform, making Salesforce the world’s smartest CRM.”
Einstein allows users to conversationally update Salesforce platforms without tedious and time consuming data entry tasks. All of the data that has been previously entered into Salesforce is structured already to be used by Einstein. The Einstein Analytics feature allows data to be analyzed for you to find trends and gain customer insights. The intelligence of this new and innovative feature allows you to assign tasks and make updates with ease whether you are at the office or on the go.
The voice assistant will also provide users with a daily briefing of metrics and goals. These briefings can be customized by Salesforce Administrators so that they are tailored to company wide or individual business unit’s daily goals. Using Einstein for daily briefs will help keep employees on track to meet deadlines and stay up to date on company initiatives. The voice assistant can also be used to quickly retrieve data by simply using a voice command, increasing the timeliness and efficiency of your business.
